1. ENROLMENT
The yearly enrolment of the school was more of female pupils than male. There is no significant attributes to this number since the population of the locality has more number of female learners than males. The data shows that school-age children are interested in their studies

2. Health and Nutrional Status
The total number of wasted for SY 2016 – 17 is 17, 8 males and 9 females.  Out of the 17 wasted learners, 6 of the males and 7 of the females belong to Key Stage 1.  Key Stage 2 has 2 males and 2 females wasted learners.  No severely wasted learners are found in school.

3. Teacher’s Professional Development
Four among the 10 teachers were able to attend the Seminar – Workshop on the Preparation of Materials for Key Stage 1. They, too, have attended the LAC Session for the Early Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program.  Seven (7) teachers were able to achieve their goal to be trained in ICT.

4. Funding Sources
For school year 2016-2017, highest amount of the school funds came from MOOE, next from financial assistance from the PTA Donations through the initiative of GPTA Officers.  This is followed by the funds from the School Canteen and from the LGU Assistance for the pupils.

5. School Awards & Recognition
For school year 2016-2017, SOF has garnered a lot of wins in the district and in the congressional district.  This table only shows the highest award – giving body is  the Division of Camarines Sur  that gave School of the Future its recognition.  This also shows that though School of the Future is a small school with limited number of teachers, they still manage to bring home the bacon.

1.2 Academic support system
The school is giving all of its support both to students and their teaching staff. The school is providing training to its teaching staff to update to the new trends in teaching and regularly monitor its implementation. The school is also providing the needs of the learners both academic and non-academic to ensure they are receiving quality education.
The school supports the learner during their academic contests, the teacher help each other through mentoring of young new teachers, the school head check on the teaching plan regulary.
This photo tells about the togetherness of Indonesian students and Philippine students as well as the principal, the cooperating teacher and staff teachers. The internal student from Indonesia consists of me, namely Brian Priyangga from the University of Muria Kudus and my friend Nova Sari from the STKIP Muhammadiyah Kota Bumi Lampung and the internal Philippines student Mery Grace Morales Arendain, and Mary Grace in March will be sent to Laos for the Sea Teacher. That is why the CDE from CBSUA sent her to the School of the Future before going to Laos. The three of us were trained on how to teach actively, pleasantly and meaningfully for all students at SOF.

 1.3 Teaching system

Teaching system in the School of the Future (SOF) is departmentalized, teachers are required to teach to his major or field of mastery and required to teach six hours a day.
In the primary level (grade 3) the teacher handles all the subject. While in the intermediet (grade 4-6) the teacher handles one subject only but from grades 4 to 6 example Mrs. Deyto (Math), Mrs. Panfe (Science & English), Mrs. Aligoyo (Filipino), Mrs. Bonoa (Mapeh), Mrs. Terom (Epp), and Mrs Visto (Araling Panlipman / Social Studies ).
And this photo is the teachers who teach at SOF who teach elementary school from grades 1 to 6. And they are very amazing because they can be role models for all students at SOF. And below is the class schedule for class 6 that I observed. And this schedule is valid from Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday is free. And this is the schedule:
07 : 15 – 07 : 30 am is Flag Ceremony
07 : 30 – 07: 45 am is Clean up
07 : 45 – 08 : 35 am is Math
08 : 35 – 09 : 25 am is Science
09 : 25 – 09 : 40 am is Break (Snack)
09 : 40 – 10 : 35 am is EPP (Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao / Values Education)
10 : 30 – 11 : 20 am is English
11 : 20 – 01 : 00 pm is Break Time
01 : 00 – 01 : 50 pm is (Araling Panlipman / Social Studies )
01 : 50 – 02 : 50 pm is Mapeh (Music Art Physical Education Health)
02 : 40 – 03 : 30 pm is Filipino
03 : 30 – 04 :00 pm is ESP (Edukasyon sa Pagpapahalaga)
04 : 00 – 04 : 20 pm is Remedial / Enrichment / Coaching
And SOF will carry out examinations / exercises every Friday, so that the teacher knows how much students understand about the material that was delivered that week.

1.4 Materials and other learning sources

Materials and learning resources are provided in the School of the Future (SOF) such as projectors and other devices to be used as instructional materials available. They also encouraged and advised the teachers to used indigenous materials and be able to provide meaningful learning.
The teachers use varied aids like videos from the internet, charts, pictures, newspaper etc. And also get their teaching sources from Dep Ed LRMDS (Learning Resources Management and Department System) and often sites from the web.
So the existence of this facility is very helpful for me to provide lessons for SOF students and they can learn more deeply through video or the internet rather than just reading from textbooks.

1.5 Measurement and evaluation system

To measure the learning of the learners, the School of the Future (SOF) provides different summative tests, including weekly test, chapter test, unit test, and quarterly test. Testing materials have to undergo item analysis to ensure the quality of the materials.
And in my opinion, the tests that SOF did were very unique, because they were working on a chair with their backs to each other aiming at reducing cheating and cheating on each other. And in SOF, honesty is the most priority in working on tests, because SOF believes that the honesty has been cultivated from an early age, so that in the future they will become useful individuals for their nation.

1.6 General Curriculum

The curriculum of the School of the Future (SOF) follows the national curriculum of the Philippines which is the K-12 curriculum under the basic education. And SOF is Public School.
Education in the Philippines is provided by public and private schools, colleges, universities, and technical and vocational institutions. Funding for public education comes from the national government.
At the basic education level, the Department of Education (DepEd) sets overall educational standards and mandates standardized tests for the K–12 basic education system, although private schools are generally free to determine their own curriculum in accordance with existing laws and Department regulations.
On the other hand, at the higher education level, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) supervises and regulates colleges and universities, while the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) for technical and vocational institutions regulates and accredits technical and vocational education programs and institutions.
By law, education is compulsory for thirteen years (kindergarten and grades 1–12). These are grouped into three levels: elementary school (kindergarten–grade 6), junior high school (grades 7–10), and senior high school (grades 11–12); they may also be grouped into four key stages: 1st key stage (kindergarten–grade 3), 2nd key stage (grades 4–6), 3rd key stage (grades 7–10) and 4th key stage (grades 11–12). Children enter kindergarten at age 5.

1.7 Teaching plan (of your major)

The lesson plan follows the major parts, Objective, Content and Materials, Procedure, Evaluation, and Homework or assignment. Most of the lessons are content-based to have multiple learning across the different areas
And my department is Primary Teacher Education, so I in Indonesia especially at the University of Muria Kudus I studied all the subjects in elementary school. But SEA MEO only allowed me to teach in SOF for only one lesson so I chose Science. Because Science is a lesson that I like. And at that time there were also internship students from Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) who had chosen Mathematics. And we often tell each other about the curriculum in each country and exchange information and knowledge from both countries, namely Indonesia and the Philippines.
